After years of dreaming about running a B&B on some beautiful hillside property, we were ripe for a change of pace , we were inspired to pack up the house and the dogs after a property-hunting trip in December of 2005, when we succumbed to the palpable charm of La Maillerie. We traded long, hectic hours for a more relaxed pace, healthier environment and a broader world view for the bouncing baby boy.

Our home in California was celebrated as oases of warmth, hospitality and peace by friends and casual acquaintances alike. We bring that same spirit, attention and sense of family to La Maillerie, where we provide a warm, restful and beautiful place to return to again and again. You can count on being well-cared for and treated like the prized and honored guest you are.
